I KNEW THIS WASN'T GOING TO END WELL

When this guy knocked on my door and the very first words out of his mouth were:

"Don't worry, I'm not from immigration!"

I knew it wasn't going to end well. His name is Norris Chappell and he's the building agent for our building.
